Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products with your requested personalized designs cannot be returned, since it cannot be used again by the company. Only in the case of a damage or manufacturing defect we take returns. 

Customer Returns

If you raise a return or exchange request for a defective product, you can share details with us by dropping in a mail at sufiyanalofi@gmail.com. If the defect is verified, we will take 100% responsibility for the same and initiate a refund or replacement, at 0 cost, as you prefers.
 
You can follow the guidelines below to raise a Refund/ Replacement request with us:
  1. The defect needs to be communicated to us with in 48 hours upon the delivery.
  2. Share images/ videos of the product in full view with the defect clearly visible.
  3. Share image of the UID label (Barcode Sticker) attached to the product.
  4. Share images of the packaging with the shipping label visible.

We do need the products to be returned back to us.

However, if the you raise a return or exchange request for a product with no defects, we will not be liable to initiate a refund or replacement. For example, you are looking for a different size, or different colour of the product and raise a return or exchange request.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sufiyanalofi@gmail.com

Kindly note that once you purchase a product with your custom design it cannot be exchanged nor returned unless it has a manufacturing or printing error.

Shipping returns

If case of damaged product return, we will send a delivery agent to pick up the product.

Please note that since the pickup agents do not perform any quality checks for the products during a pick-up, our courier partners do not accept any claims for a refund in case a wrongdamaged, or empty package is received and we are not liable for such shipping errors.
