How to order for Custom Outfits?
Click on the Custom outfits section and select the apparel style you want to print your design on, for example, if you want to customize a T-shirt for men, you will click on the custom T-shirt for men, then select your preferred color and size, upload your design and place your order. It’s that simple!
Note: Please follow the steps shown below. Also don’t forget to look at the design specification before uploading your design.
Design file type and resolution requirements ?
1.How can I send you the design files for printing?
You can directly upload your design file in the product page by clicking on the upload file button above the add to cart button.
2. Which formats are supported for the design?
It is mandatory that you save the design in a PNG format with a transparent background. Not doing so would make the t-shirt look oddly printed and you may feel it is badly printed.
3. What resolution should the image be in?
A minimum of 300 DPI (dots per inch) is required in order for any product to print properly.
4. What if we don’t know how to design?
In that case, you can browse our Design section and choose a design from there or share with us your requirement via uploading screenshot of the design or mailing us the specific of your requirements . We will try our best to paint your imagination on your T-shirt. Our team will contact you after you place your order.
What are the wash care instructions for the garments?
Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle
Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting
Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry
Don’ts: Do not bleach and do not dry clean.
How long the print stays on T-shirts?
Prints can withstand up to 15-20 washes if the wash care instructions have been followed.
